Meet Our Director
Hello! My name is Melissa Majewski, but you can call me Miss Missy or just Missy. I have been the Center Director at Wilmington Preschool of the Arts for over three years, but the early childhood field has been my passion for 30 years. I earned my bachelor’s degree in early education from the University of Massachusetts and have held most every position in early education, from floater to administrator. For me, teaching and coaching as a Center Director presents the opportunity for my own personal growth through parents, community, and most of all through the children. Personally, I have two wonderful adult sons and I enjoy relaxing by the beach or the pool with a book in my hand.

Ideal for families seeking a shorter day, our Half Day program provides enriching activities and learning experiences while allowing your child to enjoy a fun and engaging morning.
7:30am-5:30pm
Our Full Day program offers a balanced blend of education and play, providing comprehensive care throughout the day. It’s a flexible, all-day option that gives parents peace of mind.
7:00am-2:30pm
The Extended Day program is perfect for families needing an early afternoon pickup, offering a balanced schedule with engaging morning activities and a relaxed afternoon. It’s an ideal option that often includes time for a nap and an afternoon snack.
